Options: ``--run-id TEXT`` (default: latest), ``--min-score FLOAT`` (re-filter for display). ``runs`` ~~~~~~~~ List stored runs with their settings (projects, filters, models, weights), issue counts, and whether the run was degraded — surfacing data staleness.
